SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING
Online orders are processed on business days.
Depending on your location, your order will be sent from one of our global dispatch centres.
Please ensure the details provided at checkout are accurate, as MOLTEN kind cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. Our shipping providers are trusted services, and as such we will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
MOLTEN kind is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed prior to, during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, including tariffs and taxes at your destination country.
 
PACKAGING
Each MOLTEN kind piece is packaged in it's own protective velvet jewellery pouch.
We do not ship our pieces out in jewellery boxes as we discovered that most customers just throw them out, and nearly all boxes are partially made from synthetic materials that do not biodegrade.
It is advised to store your pieces in your jewellery pouches when not being worn.

 

FOR ADDRESSES WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Australia Post delivers within 5-12 business days depending on location. Remote areas may take up to 15 business days.
The cost for postage, payable at checkout, is $10 AUD. Orders over $150 AUD will receive complimentary shipping within Australia.

 

FOR ADDRESSES OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
International orders are delivered within 8-12 business days depending on location. Remote areas may take up to 15 business days. 
The cost for postage, payable at checkout, is $20 AUD (this will be converted to your local currency). Orders over $200 AUD will receive complimentary international shipping. 
All fees imposed prior to, during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, including tariffs and taxes at your destination country.
Delivery providers vary based on your location. 
- Deliveries to Canada are fulfilled by Canada Post.
- Deliveries to the Netherlands are fulfilled by FedEx.
- Deliveries to United States are fulfilled by USPS.

 

ORDERS
Due to our automated shipping service, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
If you change your mind after placing an order, please kindly reach out to us and we can assist with the returns process once you have received your pieces.

 

RETURNS
Jewellery purchased from MOLTEN kind's online store may be returned for an exchange or credit if returned unworn, in saleable condition and within 30 days of delivery. We do not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
It is at the client’s expense to safely return the piece(s) to MOLTEN kind and it is their responsibility until confirmation of receipt by our customer service team.
Credits are issued once a return has been received and its condition assessed. Credits are valid for a period of three years.

MOLTEN kind reserves the right to return the piece(s) to the sender, should any of the below occur.
- Are returned outside of the specified return timeframe.
- Are not returned in their original condition or packaging.
